5 out of the last 6 have been butchered in the same area and the only one that was correct was the one I skinned myself for a client.

Maybe it is time for me to retire.

I can't understand why this keeps happening. How can it be that folks can out smart a trophy buck and harvest him, but can't seem to properly skin one for a shoulder mount?

Use the Google machine in your hands that I'm sure you used to order the high dollar camo, ammo, to find that new truck and atv you have and figure this out. It's not rocket science!🤷🏻‍♂️

I haven't been posting nowhere as much as I normal

I haven't been posting nowhere as much as I normally do because I've been concentrating on my work load and backlog, but I felt like this deserved a post. Time and time again on deer I've mounted I have had to do unnecessary repairs due to the lack of poor self education of how to properly skin a deer for a shoulder mount.

The internet is full of info on this subject with videos, illustrations, blog articles, etc. There is no excuse for this other than laziness in this day and age. Yes I can fix this and I will, I hate to replace folk's capes unless absolutely necessary at the expense of the hunter of course.

I guess I've been doing this to long and getting older and much easier agitated. Also before you call, text, message or email just to check in to see how your project is coming along ask yourself did you do your part to make it a smooth process. Quality taxidermy truly starts with the hunter as soon as he/she pulls the trigger.

I'm done, frustrated but done!🤬
